1. Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards using Squarespace and the secure payment platform Stripe.
Bank Transfer: Please email biancacaruana.cm [@] gmail [dot] com if you would prefer to pay using Wise or Bank Transfer
Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (€).
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe
2. Course Fees
Course Price: The price for the Find Your Soul Truth self-paced course is 77 Euros.
Early Bird Discounts: Take advantage of a 10% discount on your enrollment! Early bird discounts are available for all registrations received before February 3rd, 2025.
Installment Plans: We understand this course may not be affordable for some individuals. Installment plans may be available for eligible participants. Please contact me at biancacaruana.cm [@] gmail [dot] com and share your circumstances if you would like to discuss this.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this course and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis for the following exceptions:
• Significant Technical Issues: If you encounter significant and persistent technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course content, we may consider a refund. You must provide documentation of the technical issues and cooperate with our support team to resolve the problem.
• Course Cancellation: If the entire course is cancelled by Bianca Caruana, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled participants.
Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to biancacaruana.cm [@] gmail [dot] com within 5 days of the course start date.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved refund request.
