Plant Medicine Integration Mentoring 1-1 Session (90 minutes) + Workbook
Having been working with plant medicines for over three years, I have seen the importance of having someone to talk to before and after what can be a life-changing experience.
I am here to offer a safe container for you to talk through your experience (either pre- or post) decision.
I have been on deep journeys with these medicines (specifically, Psilocybin (aka mushrooms) and Ayahuasca) undergoing my own healing and transformation. I now aim to hold a non-judgmental space for others going through such experiences.
What to expect:
An opportunity for you to share your personal stories in a safe and non-judgemental container (nothing is too weird for me.)
Guidance and advice for coping with any fears or anxieties that may arise about your decision
Access to my Plant Medicine Journal - Pre and Post-Experience Reflections & Guidance
Links to communities and resources to help you learn more about plant medicines
